These two Chamberings are similar in usage. however the Lapua beats out the norma velocity wise. With a 30 inch barrel in both, my findings show a 230gr in a norma improved thrown at about 3075-3150 fps compared the the lapua imp at 3200-3250. I know 300 PRC takes the cake for efficiency in just about every regard over the other two but given current times its just not available.
